Q: Why should I pay you to track, edit, mix or master my songs if I can do them myself or find someone cheaper?
A: Key word there is “cheaper”. You get what you pay for. Your art is going to be out there forever and you’ve already poured so much heart and soul into creating it why would you want to skimp now and sell it short with an inferior final product? We deliver amazing professional services at great rates and truly care about those we work with and go above and beyond to please!
Q: Can you mix tracks that were recorded at other studios?
A: Yes! We are happy to mix tracks that were recorded elsewhere. We will just need to be put in touch with the tracking engineer and we will be happy to mix the files that were captured.
Q: Can I get a refund on my deposit?
A: No. Unless you are able to cancel far enough in advance for us to book another client. 90% of the time the deposits are non-refundable in order to book the time ahead of schedule. Please do your research and preparation before agreeing to your dates and paying the deposit.
Q: Do you offer lodging?
A: At this point in time we are unable to offer this accommodation.
Q: Can I bring my friends/significant others to the studio?
A: Yes if it is cleared ahead of time. The more people are here the less gets done and it is more distracting for the whole process. We are here to have fun but also get work done on schedule =)
Q: Why do I need my tracks mixed?
A: If you want your songs to be able to compete with the mass market and for each instrument to fit together right you need them to be mixed together. This is what mixing is and is a necessary service for a sonically appealing product.
